Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 or 2 days and shipped FedEx ground.  Allow up to 6 days for delivery.

We work hard to ensure prompt delivery of your order. However, if for some reason a specific product is on back order, we will contact you by phone or email to notify you of the delay. We will give you an estimated delivery date or allow you to change your order for an item that is currently in stock. We will avoid multiple shipments, and will hold all items until the whole shipment is in stock and will contact you by phone or email to notify you of the delay.

Sales Tax:
6% added to all orders shipped to Idaho


2 year limited warranty – Metadyne Industries is proud of our products and will stand behind them. If you are the original owner and it fails due to a manufacturing defect, Metadyne Industries will either replace or repair it to factory specifications. Under no circumstances does this warranty apply to any changes, modification, user damage or normal wear. You must email to receive a return authorization.


Products bought directly from Metadyne Industries can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Product must be unused and in original box with original receipt. Metadyne does not pay for return shipping. Metadyne will issue a refund after product has arrived and passes inspection for damage. Items damaged by customer will not be accepted back for a refund but will be repaired either under warranty (if there is a manufacturing defect not associated with the damage) or at the owners expense. 

Items bought at any of our dealers must be returned to the store that handled the sale.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1604 E Plaza Loop, Nampa, ID 83687.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
